SKY PORTAL LOUNGE
Created by the Shuk-balas, the makers of the MetaMuffins, the Sky Portal Lounge is a central hub, precisely positioned as the central axis point between 8 separate portals, which connect to a variety of different planets and astronomical locations. Some of the planets are found in the Lantrusian Galaxy, and some in neighboring dimensions. The 8 portals connected to the lounge form the shape of a 3 dimensional star with 8 points. Each point of the star is a portal point and precipice, which when opened pierces through the fabric of space and time, leading into a different location and/or dimension in the universe. The Sky Portal lounge is a place where extraterrestrial beings, bots, humanoids, and creatures of all varieties can come to hang out, perhaps have a few tokes of some galactic ganja, and maybe meet some new friends as well. The lounge also acts as a transportation terminal for those traveling between portals.

The Shuk-balas periodically open access to some of the 8 portals connected to the lounge, to run special ops MetaMuffin Scouting Missions. For each portal, specific types of MetaMuffins are sought out based on the needs of that particular mission, and the inhabitants that may be encountered on that planet. After losing several hundred MetaMuffins on the Candytopia mission, the Shuk-balas are hoping the MetaMuffins can bring in some new recruits from some of the different portal position planets. The specific MetaMuffin types that the Shuk-balas are seeking for each portal scouting mission will be eligible to access the portal for free to recruit a new squad member from that portal location (Essentially, the holder will be receiving an airdrop of 1 NFT from that particular portal collection, though only while the portal mission is active.

Portal 1 - CANDYTOPIA

CANDYTOPIA was the first scouting mission of the MetaMuffins. On CANDYTOPIA their mission was to make contact, assess the situation, the inhabitants, the social structure, the planetary resources, and so on. Unfortunately though, there were issues with the mission from the start. By the end of the mission just 2,222 of the initial 3,000 MetaMuffins remained.

Now Recruiting MetaMuffins - The Shuk-balas are currently seeking the following muffin types for the scouting mission at Portal 3...

- Any 'SuperMuffins in the MetaMuffins Genesis collection that are minted who are wearing a helmet of any kind' will receive 1 free SuperFren airdrop from the SuperFrens World collection, while a mission at that portal is active.
​
- All other SuperFrens World NFTs that are not being airdropped will be listed on Magic Eden within the SuperFrens World Collection. There will be periodic drops of new SuperFrens that will be added to the Superfrens World collection, until it reaches a cap of 200 items.

Portal 2 - Planet Torgon
Portal Status:

Mission Objective - Chill, hang out, meet the locals, and try to blend in.
Planet Torgon is the current portal that the MetaMuffins are scouting. Torgon is a lush planet filled with an abundance of different lifeforms and inhabitants. The planet is naturally dense with the energy-mineral Torganite Ipsillium, which is also the main power source for the majority of cities on Torgon.

Note: There will be no separate portal collection for this portal. Some Torgonian items and assets can be found in the CC&LGM Collection, which depicts the unfolding of the larger MetaMuffins story.
